Conditions of Entry – Beverley Airshow 2026
By attending the Beverley Airshow, all patrons agree to the following Conditions of Entry. These conditions are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all attendees. Entry to the event site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
General Conditions
All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry. Tickets must be retained at all times and presented upon request.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pass-outs will be available at the main gate. No re-entry will be permitted without a valid pass-out stamp.
The event will proceed in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by organisers. Program elements may be modified or cancelled without notice due to weather, safety, or operational requirements.
No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled in full.
Accessibility
The event is held on a natural airfield and may include uneven or soft surfaces that pose challenges for those with mobility concerns.
Designated accessible parking is available for holders of accredited state-issued disabled parking permits only.
Disabled amenities will be available onsite.
Companion Card holders receive free General Admission entry when accompanying a paying ticketholder (excludes Gold Pass).
Entry Restrictions
The following items and activities are not permitted:
Alcohol or illicit substances
Animals (excluding registered assistance dogs)
Drones or model aircraft
Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or personal motorised vehicles
Gazebos, marquees, tents, or shade structures (low-profile umbrellas and picnic blankets allowed)
Cooking equipment, stoves or barbecues
Weapons, explosives, or hazardous items
Megaphones, banners, laser pointers, or any disruptive items
Promotional materials, placards, or leaflets not authorised by the organisers
Security staff may inspect bags and personal belongings upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry.
Alcohol and Smoking
No alcohol may be brought onto the site. Licensed bars will operate within the General Admission and Gold Pass areas. ID will be required for all alcohol purchases.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws apply. Intoxicated patrons may be refused service and/or removed from the site.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the airshow site. Designated smoking areas are available outside the event zone via pass-out only.
Cameras and Recording
Patrons are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use.
Drones are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties under Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations.
Attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. These images may be used across event marketing platforms.
Onsite Services
First Aid will be available. Its location will be marked on the site map and in the event program.
A Lost Property station will operate from the Information Tent. Items unclaimed after 30 days will be handed to local authorities or donated to charity.
EFTPOS facilities are available at most vendors; however, limited mobile coverage is expected. Please be prepared to pay cash if required.
No ATMs will be onsite. Bring cash for purchases.
Transport and Parking
Event parking is located off Nicholas Street and Tip Road, a 5–20 minute walk from the entry gate.
No parking is permitted on Bremner Road, Chipper Street, Nicholas Street, or Lukin Street on the day of the event.
No shuttle buses will operate. Refer to the "Getting There" page for travel updates.
Event Content and Program
All advertised performances, aircraft displays, schedules, and site features are subject to change without notice.
The organisers reserve the right to vary or cancel parts of the program at any time.
Fly-In Visitors
Pilots are welcome to fly in, but pre-booking is essential due to limited aircraft parking.
All fly-in attendees must have valid tickets for entry.

Food & Beverage
A variety of food vendors will be available on site.
BYO food is not permitted unless required for medical reasons.
Free water refill stations will be provided.
No personal alcohol or cooking equipment permitted.
Liability & Risk
Airshows involve elements of risk. While all reasonable safety precautions are taken, attendees enter the event site at their own risk.
The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage caused by third parties or circumstances beyond their control.
